HOME SHOW EXPO 2008 at Prairie
Trail
This Craftsman Style Ranch, built by Denton Homes, invites
you to ‘front porch living’ at Prairie Trail. The wrap-around porch,
detailed with cedar bead board ceiling and stone columns, greets guests to a
view of Precendence Park. Exterior hand crafted corbels compliment the open

“We

in here the Midwest,” says Scott Denton. Scott and his wife Stephanie have
over fifteen years’ experience in the construction industry and have
operated Denton Homes together for the past three years, constructing homes

“This concept takes us back to the architecture we have become so familiar
with growing small-town Iowa,” he says. Scott grew up in the Creston area

| Scott and Stephanie are active members with the Home Builders
Association and Women’s Council. Stephanie served as Vice President of the
HBA Women’s Council Board of Directors in 2006 and currently serves on the
2008 Board for the HBA. Scott is currently facilitating renovation projects at
the Hawthorn Hill/New Directions Women’s Shelter including 2 new bathrooms

Check out the Denton’s latest project featuring a 13’ tall
x 8’ x 10’ Victorian playhouse at the Home Show Expo 2008! There will
four playhouses on display throughout the homeshow that capture the
architecture of the homes that will be built in the Prairie Trail Development;
two will be raffled and two will be auctioned. The Denton playhouse has been
selected to be auctioned off at the JDRF benefit night Tuesday, June
9th.
All proceeds from this auction benefit the JDRF so come out and
support this important charity! |
